Squire Hill Properties is a family office run by a father-son duo which was founded in 2009. We acquire and manage real estate assets in both local and outside markets, with a focus on retail shopping centers. We look for investments located in strong retail corridors, with quality tenants, and durable cash flows.
Robert Beck founded Squire Hill Properties in 2009 after he and his father sold Beckfield College in 2006. Robert began investing in commercial real estate when he purchased over 50,000 square feet of buildings for the college. When the college was sold, Robert sold the real estate to a hedge fund out of Philadelphia wanted to use those profits to continue his commercial real estate investing passions.
